Referendum on fluoridation now
underway
An independent direct-democracy advocacy group, V.O.I.C.E. has launched a referendum on
fluoridation, to give residents of the
and
elsewhere in
(see below for locations and times of polling).
and integrity in how it is framed and conducted, that it has the status to be upheld in the highest
court, when sufficiently
large numbers of water consumers vote.

or ABSTAIN
YES. The result of this referendum is BINDING ON YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND THE STATE GOVERNMENT.
Any entity that says it is not is misleading you. This is a referendum; this is NOT A PETITION and is
definitely NOT A PLEBISCITE. A plebiscite is not legally binding and has no force. In this referendum
the majority will of the voters shall be discovered. V.O.I.C.E. of Australia challenges any politician or
lawyer who claims this referendum, upon its discovery of the majority will, is not binding to a live public
debate on national television or radio. When sufficient votes are cast, this referendum shall, pursuant to
the rule of law and/or to common
law, determine whether fluoridation shall lawfully continue or not.
